Our Vision

Revive Ranch exists to serve those who serve others.

Pastors and ministry leaders are called to a high and meaningful work - but they are also human. Ministry can be isolating, exhausting, and relentless. Too often, there is no space to pause, breathe, reconnect with God.

Our mission is simple:
To provide a peaceful place and a prayerful environment where those in ministry can rest without pressure, restore what’s been depleted, and return with renewed strength and clarity.

This isn't about getting away.
It’s about coming back whole.

A spiritual retreat is an intentional step away from the noise and demands of everyday life to spend time along with God.

It's a space to slow down, reflect, pray, and listen - without distraction or pressure.

At Revive Ranch, that time is fully your own. Whether you need rest, clarity, or simply quiet, the goal is to create room for Got to meet you where you are.

We believe the health of the Church begins with the health of its leaders.

Our vision is to create a lasting ripple effect - one that extends far beyond the borders of Revive Ranch. When pastors and ministry leaders are given the space to rest, heal, and be restored, they return better equipped to lead with strength, clarity, and purpose.

We aim to be part of something bigger than a retreat - to help cultivate healthy leaders who can guide thriving churches, communities, and ministries.

Meet Your Hosts

Mike and Sandi Godfrey

Revive Ranch is hosted by Mike and Sandi Godfrey, who have a deep heart for those in ministry.

Mike is a retired teacher and coach with over 30 years of experience. In 2019, he became a certified John Maxwell leadership coach and continues to walk alongside pastors - creating a space for reflection, encouragement, and renewed direction.

Sandi is a registered nurse with a natural gift for care and hospitality. She brings a steady, supportive presence to Revive Ranch, helping create an environment where guests feel comfortable, cared for and at ease.

Together, they've been married for over years and share a calling to serve pastors and ministry leaders by offering a place of rest, encouragement and renewal.

Statement of Faith

The Bible is the inspired Word of God and the authority for faith and daily living.
There is one God, existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - revealed through Jesus Christ, born of the virgin Mary.
Jesus’ atoning death through His shed blood and His bodily resurrection.
Man is separated from God and cannon earn salvation on his own.
Salvation comes by the grace of God alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone.

Position on Marriage

We believe that marriage is the union of one man and one woman, as designed by God.

Genesis 2:24 states, “For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.” Jesus Christ affirmed this in Matthew 19:4-6.

As a ministry, we follow this biblical definition in the practices of Revive Ranch. Because this is a privately hosted retreat, we aim to maintain an environment that aligns with these beliefs.

For this reason, we do not hot or solemnize any marriage outside of this definishion.
